Sourcing Manager
Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to lead Sourcing and Procurement initiatives within the APAC region. The goal is to deliver savings opportunities by working with the business / function to meet operational requirements and achieve optimal total cost of ownership across Coach’s non-merchandise spend.

Work with key stakeholders to establish specifications and operational needs for assigned sourcing projectPerform quick market analysis, benchmark analysis and spend analysis if necessaryIdentify and qualify Asian suppliers for Regional and Global initiativesWork closely with the Regional and Global Procurement team to develop categories and execute procurement initiativesLead or facilitate the supplier selection and negotiation processPerform savings tracking and report realized savings on a continuous basisMonitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships if necessaryManage development and execution of POs and contracts when necessaryThe accomplished individual will possess
B.S. / B.A. degreeMinimum of 7 years Strategic Sourcing experience or procurement consulting experienceExperience of lead and executing RFX processesPrevious experience in leading commodity/category purchasing in complex activities that crossover departmental, geographic and entity boundaries preferredProject management experience preferredDemonstrated success in gathering data, conducting analyses, and generating high quality outputsExcellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skillsStrong English skill both in Oral and writtenStrong organization and time management skillsAn outstanding professional will have
